We require that the parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) of any Child desiring to use the Site or Service provide consent before that Child uses the Site or Service. Such consent may be revoked at any time, after which that Child is prohibited from further use of the Site or Service. Further, Children that have Parental Consent may only use the Site or Service if they are under direct supervision of an adult.
We are committed to protecting children's privacy. We support the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other frameworks like the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) or the UK GDPR adopted post Brexit (also referred to herein for convenience as simply the “GDPR”). Our goal is to minimize the information gathered from and disseminated about Children while permitting them active participation in the Site and Service for which we are known. Children and their Parents may contact us at any time regarding our Child privacy practices at firstname.lastname@example.org.
